On December 23, 2024, the University Psychological Group conducted an online webinar for students and academic staff titled "Fatigue from War: Recognize, Assist, Persevere".

The event aimed to help society better understand the phenomenon of emotional exhaustion and find ways to provide support.

Key highlights of the webinar:

• Signs of emotional exhaustion: how to recognize them in yourself and your loved ones.

• Tips for self-help and supporting others.

• Tools for maintaining emotional resilience.

Participants emphasized the importance of the knowledge gained and expressed gratitude for the practical advice that can be useful in daily life.
